The Course Fee includes
- Post-course follow-up and resources
- Lunch/refreshments on the course
- Access to "delegates only" resources on the site
- All course materials on memory stick
Payment
If payment is made before the course then the delegate/employer is entitled to a 10% discount.
Payment made afterwards MUST be paid within ten days of OSL Training presenting the invoice
Cancellations
Cancellations – in writing on school paper only (NOT email) – are only acceptable up to two weeks before the course date. Any later than that and a fee of 50% of the course will be charged.
OSL Training reserves the right to cancel the course for Educational reasons. This may be because insufficient delegates have enrolled or the Trainer has become incapacitated and no substitute Trainer is available. In such circumstances schools will be refunded in full AND they will receive the resources free of charge.
OSL Training reserves the right to amend the programme in event of circumstances outside its control.
