AR01 Creative Paper Mache

Paper Mache is a brilliant medium to use in schools as it's versatile, strong and exceptionally cheap!
The 2008 dates and venues have yet to be finalised for this course. Please return to our Course Subjects page.

Objectives

Paper Mache holds enormous potential for large and small creative projects across all Key Stages, and is a unique way of working with the imagination. This practical, 'mucky, squidgy and gluey' day (not for the faint hearted) explores interesting, fun and absorbing ways of making and working with Paper Mache, using traditional methods of layering and pulping. You will have the opportunity to try both methods, and work in 3D, using forms for moulding and building.
